On June 17, 2026, Olsztyn will once again become a meeting point for companies ready to explore new partnerships between the Scandinavian countries and Poland. As part of 13th edition of Open to Scandinavia, selected companies from Denmark, Finland and Sweden will meet carefully matched business partners from the Warmia and Mazury region.
This is not a typical networking event. It is a curated business experience designed to help you find the right partner – not just any contact.
The event is organized by the Marshal's Office of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodeship as part of the project “Economic Promotion of Warmia and Mazury 2024+”, co-financed by the European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021–2027 regional programme. The Enterprise Europe Network at the University of Warmia and Mazury is responsible for organizing the B2B meetings.
Imagine arriving at an event where every meeting already makes sense.
Instead of spending time explaining what you are looking for, you sit down with companies that have already been pre-selected based on your needs:
That is what B2B matchmaking means in practice.
At Enterprise Europe Network, we:
This significantly increases the quality of conversations – and the chances of turning them into cooperation.
Effective matchmaking does not happen by chance.
Our team has years of experience in connecting companies across Europe. We know how to assess compatibility, where opportunities are real, and when a meeting is unlikely to bring value.
This “behind-the-scenes” work is what makes the difference: you meet fewer companies – but the right ones.
Entering a new market is not only about finding a partner. It is also about understanding how business is done.
That is why the event includes a conference and workshops focused on:
- differences in B2B decision-making between Poland and Scandinavia,
- certifications and quality standards required in Nordic markets,
- expectations of Nordic partners,
- and practical insights into market research.
This knowledge helps you approach meetings with clarity and confidence.
We are looking for companies from Denmark, Finland and Sweden that are:
Key Warmia and Mazury sectors include:
agri-food, wood and furniture, metal and machinery, construction, yachts and boats, tourism, and IT/ICT.
We will select 10 companies from the Scandinavian countries. For one representative per company, The Marshall Office offers a fully funded participation package, including:
Participation is free of charge – provided that we successfully match you with relevant Polish partners.
In international business, opportunities rarely come from random encounters. They come from the right conversation, with the right company, at the right moment.
Open to Scandinavia 2026 is designed to create exactly that moment.
